Akzo Nobel - Resicoat 6090
Melt mixed, 100% solid Novolac-modified epoxy internal pipe coating used when high temperature resistance is needed. Applied over Corvel EP-10 primer.
Akzo Nobel Corvel 10-8158
Resicoat® HMH09QF (Corvel® 10-8158) is a melt-mixed, 100% solids thermosetting epoxy powder coating designed for coating the internal surface of pipe for use in the secondary recovery of oil. The product displayed no swelling, no softening, no blistering, and no loss of adhesion when the coated substrate was exposed to controlled tests at temperatures of up to 230° F.* When applied to primed metal using Resicoat® 596301 primer (Corvel® EP-10 1P-0010), Resicoat® PI HMH09QF (Corvel® 10-8158) provides resistance against H2S, CO2, CH4, salt water and petroleum distillates. This product is suitable for high pressure lines up to 6,500 psi, high temperature brine, water injection, and oil and gas transmission pipelines.
Corvel - ECA-1660 Green 3363
Resicoat® PI HKH12QF (Corvel® 10-6051 green) is a melt-mixed, 100% solids Novolac-modified epoxy designed for pipe internal coating. Resicoat® PI HKH12QF (Corvel® 10 6051 green) is used at elevated temperatures and pressures in drill pipe, production tubing, CO2 injection tubing, valves and fittings. The product displayed no swelling, no blistering, no cracking, no detachment from the substrate, and nearly no color change when the coated substrate was exposed to controlled tests at temperatures of up to 300 °F.* Resicoat® PI HKH12QF (Corvel® 10-6051 green) offers a good combination of toughness and flexibility which will resist damage and cracking during handling and coupling operations. When applied, as recommended, over Resicoat® 596301 primer (Corvel® EP-10 1P-0010), Resicoat® PI HKH12QF is resistant to H2S, CO2, CH4 and petroleum distillates.

3M™ Scotchkote 134 Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Coating is a one-part, heat curable, thermosetting epoxy coating designed for corrosion protection of metal. The epoxy is applied to preheated steel as a dry powder which melts and cures to a uniform coating thickness. This bonding process provides excellent adhesion and coverage on applications such as valves, pumps, pipe drains, hydrants and porous castings. Scotchkote 134 coating is resistant to wastewater, corrosive soils, hydrocarbons, harsh chemicals, and sea water. Powder properties allow easy manual or automatic application by electrostatic or air-spray equipment.
